Planning the Layout

Where the soil pipe runs decides where the toilet can sensibly go. Door swing, window position and radiator space do the rest. Moving everything costs more than keeping the layout. We go through it with you before anything is ordered.

How much does a bathroom installation cost in Chatham?

Do I need to be home during a bathroom installation?

Not for the whole job. Many Chatham customers give us a key and go to work. We do need you there at the start to run through the layout, and again near the end to check positions of rails, mirrors and towel radiators before they are fixed.

Will I have a working toilet during the work?

Usually yes for most of it. The toilet is one of the first things reconnected after strip out and stays usable while tiling and second fix go on. There are short periods when water is off. If it is your only bathroom, tell us and we will plan around it.
